Bio
Very Rev. Peter Van Lieshout is a priest of the Diocese of Rochester, NY. He completed his Bachelor of Sacred Theology (S.T.B.) degree in 2013 at the Pontifical Gregorian University, and then continued his studies at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome, Italy, where he obtained the Licentiate of Sacred Theology (S.T.L.) degree in 2015, with a concentration in dogmatic theology. His research interests include sacramental theology, fundamental theology, and ecclesiology. In addition to his work in teaching, Father Van Lieshout currently serves as Rector of Sacred Heart Cathedral in Rochester and also acts as Co-Director of Priestly Vocation Awareness for his Diocese.
